Which Music Player Do I Have?

If you're not sure which type of Custom Channels music player you have, use the guide below to identify it. This will help us direct you to the right instructions or troubleshooting steps.

Option 1: Compact Player

Lisa Compact - Transparent

You have a Compact Player if:

  • It’s small — about the size of a deck of cards

  • It has 3 status lights on the left side (Power, Network, Audio)

  • It does not have a screen or buttons

  • The Custom Channels logo appears on the front

Option 2: LCD Player

LCD face (v1)

You have an LCD Player if:

  • It has a screen that shows the artist and song name

  • There are buttons on the front panel

  • It’s larger than the Compact Player

  • The word “LISA” or “Streamit” may appear on the front
