Player May Be Deactivated if Audio Light Is Red

When the Audio light is solid red, it may indicate the player has been deactivated—this can happen due to the account being past due.

What to do:

  • Verify your Custom Channels account is active and in good standing under Settings > Billing.

  • If everything is in order, or if your account looks good but the player is still deactivated, contact support
