How Do I Set Up My Custom Channels Music Player?

What’s in the Box

• Music Player

• Power Adapter (5V)

• Ethernet (Internet) Cable

• RCA Audio Cables

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Connect to the Internet

Use the included Ethernet cable to connect the music player to your router or internet jack.

Wi-Fi is not supported — the player needs a wired internet connection.

2. Connect to Your Sound System

Use the RCA audio cables to connect the music player to your amplifier, powered speakers, or stereo system.

• Plug one end into the AUDIO OUT ports on the music player.

• Plug the other end into the AUX, LINE IN, or CD input on your amplifier or sound system. Ensure that the input you plugged into is selected on the front of your amplifier.

3. Plug It In and Power On

• Plug in the power adapter.

• If you have an LCD player press the Power button on the front of the player (bottom right corner). If you have a Compact player it will turn on automatically.

⏱ The player may take up to 30 seconds to start playing music.

You’re All Set!

You should hear music shortly. If not, double-check your connections and volume settings.

Need Help?

If the player doesn’t connect or no music is playing:

• Check that all cables are secure (power, Ethernet, audio).

• Make sure the amplifier is set to the correct input.

• If there's still no music, your network may be blocking the connection.
