How to request a new location for your business music service

Want to Start Music at a New Location?

To get started with Custom Channels at a new location, just send us an email with a few quick details.


Email customerservice@customchannels.net with:

  • Location Name

  • Shipping Address

  • Service Start Date

  • Are you using Sonos? (Yes or No)

Once we receive your info, we’ll follow up to set everything up.


Already a Customer?

If you're an existing client and want to add a new location to your account:

  1. Log in at client.customchannels.net

  2. Click "Create New Location"

This will notify our team and we’ll take it from there.
