How do I rename a player or Channel on my account?

If you are moving a Custom Channels player to another zone at your business, or you are assuming ownership over an existing Custom Channels account due to a transfer of ownership, you will want to have your players and their associated ReMix channels renamed on your account.

To rename either one of your music players or one of the Channels on your account, please email support@customchannels.net with its existing name and any naming revisions requested. A member of our team will reply promptly to confirm that this change has taken effect.

Renaming your player in advance will help our support team find your account/player more easily if you require any troubleshooting assistance.
