What is my Player's MAC Address?
For reference, all of our players follow this MAC address format: 00:11:28:0X:XX:XX
The last 5 digits are the player’s serial number. You can find the serial number in two places:
- On the Custom Channels dashboard under Settings > Manage Players
- On the manufacturing label of your Player device (the side opposite from the QR Code).
