No Audio – Player Shows It’s Receiving Music
If your Compact Player has a green audio light, or your LCD screen shows a playlist or track title, the player is receiving music correctly. That means the issue is most likely with your AV setup — not the music source.
1. Check the Volume and Input

Confirm the volume is up on your stereo or amplifier

Make sure the input hasn’t been accidentally changed

Ask your team: When did the music last work? Did anyone touch the system?
2. Check the Audio Cable

Confirm the audio cable is securely connected to both the player and the amplifier

If possible, try another input or port
3. Reboot the Player

Power off the player
-
Wait 10 seconds
-
Power it back on
This can fix temporary playback or buffering issues.
