My Location Isn’t Open Yet But I’m Being Billed
Billing begins on your scheduled activation date, even if your location hasn’t opened
Why Am I Being Billed If We're Not Open Yet?
When you sign up for a new location, billing is scheduled to begin on the activation date you or your team provided to Custom Channels — usually the expected opening date.
Even if your space isn’t open to the public yet, you’ll be billed once that activation date arrives, because the music service is considered ready and available.
What If My Opening Is Delayed?
If your construction or launch timeline changes, just let us know. We’re happy to adjust your billing date — but we need to hear from you before the activation date.
To Avoid Billing Before You're Ready:
-
Include your location name and let us know your revised opening date
We’ll update your account and make sure billing doesn’t begin until you’re ready for music.
