How to View Billing Info, Update Your Password, and Confirm Player Setup
Learn how to manage your Custom Channels account by updating your password, checking billing information, viewing invoices, and confirming your player connection status.

1. How to Change Your Password
Step 1: Open Settings

Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.

Go to your Account section.
Step 2: Update Your Password

Enter your current password.

Then type your new password and confirm it.

Click Update to save the change.
2. How to View Billing Information
Step 1: Navigate to Billing

From the Settings tab, click on Billing.
Step 2: Review Billing Details

You’ll see:

A list of recent invoices (which you can download and save).

The current card on file and associated billing address.

Your next invoice date and subscription amount.

Your billing frequency (e.g., monthly or annual).

Note: If your account is inactive, billing data may not appear until service resumes.
3. How to Confirm Player Status
Step 1: Go to the Players Tab

Click on the Players tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Verify Connection
