How to Update Your Card or Activate Your Account

Waiting to get started or need to update your payment info? Here's how the activation process works and what to do if you're stuck.

New Accounts / Free Trials:

If you signed up using our intake form or a free trial request, a Custom Channels team member will contact you within 2 business days after setting up your billing profile and assigning your channels.

 

How to View Billing Information

Step 1: Navigate to Billing

  • From the Settings tab, click on Billing.

Step 2: Click 'Update Billing Info
