How to Remove the Default Custom Channels Schedule

All Custom Channels players ship with either a default or pre-assigned schedule. Here’s how to request its removal and set up your own.

About Default Schedules:

Every Custom Channels music player is shipped with:

  • A Generic Schedule (6 AM – 12 PM daily)

    OR

  • A Group Schedule — if you’re part of a larger business, our team may have built a specific schedule for your group.


If You Have the Generic Schedule:

To remove it:

  1. Email support@customchannels.net with your player’s serial number.

  2. Or call our support team for immediate assistance.

We can:

  • Remove the default schedule.

  • Help you set up a new schedule tailored to your business hours.
