How to Create a Campaign for Audio Messaging?

This tutorial covers how to create and schedule a message in an assigned campaign under the Audio Messaging feature

How to Create a Campaign:

  1. Click the Campaigns tab, then select Create Campaign and enter a campaign name.

  2. Click Edit to open up your Campaign, and then click Add Campaign Rule to set up your ad campaign rules. Scheduled times can be set up to play an ad either at a specific time of day or every couple of songs (‘Interval’). To set up ads to play on specific days only or during certain times of day, click the toggle for Show Advanced Options.

  3. Once your rule is created, click Save. From here, you can attach any active messages to this campaign by clicking Rule Messages. Click Close when you are finished assigning messages to this campaign

  4. Select the window for Assigned Locations or Assigned Devices to assign which locations or zones on your account should be hearing the assigned messages from your campaign.

 

Tips

  • You will only be able to assign messages that are currently listed as Active. 

  • You will assign locations to a campaign if you use Sonos at that location, otherwise you will assign devices to a campaign.
