How to Create a Message with Audio Messaging?

After clicking the ‘Create AI Message’ button, add your message name and the full message text that you would like the AI voice actor to recite.
Select your Voice actor type as well as the emotion you would like the message to be read with, then click ‘Create Voice’. This creates a sound file that you can preview by clicking the playback button.
If you want to make any changes to the cadence, voice actor, or script content, you will need to click ‘Create Voice’ to draft up a new file.
Add a background music track to your message by clicking "Background Music" (NOTE: while having a backing track on your messages is optional, we find that adding backing music to an audio message helps improve the perceived loudness of the speaker).
Click "Build Message". Your message will take one minute or so to finish processing before it is usable for playback or for your Campaigns.

Avoid using an ampersand (&) in lieu of "and" in a sentence when creating an AI message.
Be mindful about using punctuation marks outside of periods or commas to separate sentences as these can make the AI script reading sound more stilted.
Always preview your messages before adding them to a campaign.
Some words may need to be spelled out phonetically in order for the AI to pronounce them correctly or with the ideal cadence.
