How to Play a Message at Only One Location

Want a special message like “Now Hiring” to play only in one location? This is possible with the right plan and channel setup.

Messaging Availability:

  • Available With:

    • ReMix + Messaging Add-On ($10/month upgrade)

    • Ethos

  • Not Available With:

    • All Access (can upgrade to ReMix for $5/month more, plus $10/month for Messaging)

How to Play a Message in One Location:

  1. You’ll need multiple ReMix channels (or Ethos).

  2. Our team will create a separate channel with your specific message.

  3. We’ll assign that channel to the player at your chosen location.

  4. Only that location will hear the message.

Message Scheduling Features:

  • Set frequency and order of messages

  • Schedule start and end dates

  • Control which channels (and therefore which locations) they play on

Get Started:

Email support@customchannels.net and provide:

  • The location you want the message in

  • The player’s serial number

  • The message details and run dates
