How to Create Song Select and Style Select Playlists in ReMix

1. How to Create a Song Select Playlist

Step 1: Start the Playlist

• From the ReMix dashboard, locate your ReMix Channel on the left-hand side.

• Click Create Playlist.

• Select Song Select to start building a playlist with hand-picked tracks.

Step 2: Add Songs

• Click Add and Remove Songs.

• Use the search bar to look up songs by title or artist.

• Once you find a song, click Add to place it into your selected playlist.

Step 3: Confirm Songs Are Added

• You’ll see each added track appear in your playlist.

• Example: If you created “Playlist 5,” selecting a song and adding it will display it under Playlist 5.

IMPORTANT: Minimum Requirement

• Your Song Select playlist must have at least 40 songs in order to be playable.

• For best results, add more to reduce repetition and keep the sound fresh.

2. How to Create a Style Select Playlist

Step 1: Choose Style Select

• Click Create Playlist, then choose Style Select.

Step 2: Select Styles

• On the new screen, you’ll see three empty style slots at the top.

• Scroll down to browse through the available styles.

• Click the play icon to preview a sample of each style.

Step 3: Populate Your Styles

• Choose up to three styles to build your playlist.

• Selected styles will populate the slots at the top.

• To remove a style, click the X next to it.

Step 4: Adjust Your Mix

• After confirming your selections, click Save and Adjust Styles and Mix.

• You’ll be taken to a pie chart interface.

• Adjust the percentage of each style to dial in your preferred balance.

  • For example, you might set “Cool Oldies” at 45% and others at 27.5%.

• Song Select gives you full control over what’s played — great for specific branding needs.

• Style Select offers dynamic variety while staying on-brand.

• Use both types strategically in your weekly schedule to mix consistency with freshness.
