How to Change Your Channel in All Access
This tutorial walks you through how to instantly change the channel your player is streaming by selecting from the channels already programmed to it.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Players Tab

In the client dashboard, click the Players tab on the left-hand side.

Locate the player you want to control.
2. Click “View”

On the right-hand side of your player row, click View.

This opens the Player Control Panel.
3. Change the Channel

In the player view, find the channel dropdown menu.

Click the dropdown to see a list of channels currently programmed to your player.
4. Select a New Channel

Click the channel you’d like to switch to.

The stream will immediately update and start playing the new channel.
5. Power Cycle Your Player
- For these channel changes to take effect, the music player will need to be power cycled.
Tips

Only channels that have been added to your player will appear in the dropdown.
