How to Add or Remove Channels in All Access

This guide shows you how to access the All Access library, preview channels, and update your player's available music with just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log into the Client Dashboard

  • In your client dashboard, click on All Access Channels (located on the left-hand side).

  • This opens a list of all channel styles available to you as an All Access client.

2. Preview Channel Styles

  • If you're curious about a specific channel’s sound:

    • Click the Play button next to the channel name.

    • A short audio snippet will play to give you an idea of what it would sound like in your business.

3. Add a Channel to Your Player

  • Once you've found a channel you like:

    • Click on the Players tab in the left-hand menu.

    • Click View next to the player you want to edit.

    • Go to the Channels tab at the top of the screen.

    • Click Add Channels.

    • Scroll through the list, select the desired channel, then click Add Channel.

    • For these channel changes to take effect, the music player will need to be power cycled.

4. Remove a Channel from Your Player

  • If you want to remove a channel:

    • Go to the Channels section of your player.

    • Locate the channel you no longer want.

    • Click the X icon next to the channel name.

    • The channel will be removed from your player’s available list.

    • For these channel changes to take effect, the music player will need to be power cycled.

Tips

  • You can preview as many channels as you’d like before adding them.

  • Use the client dashboard to quickly adapt your music for holidays, events, or special business themes.

  • Remember that for any All Access channel changes to take effect, the music player will need to be power cycled.
