Fix “Remote Service Error: Authorization Not Valid” in BluOS with Custom Channels

How to quickly resolve login issues with Custom Channels in your BluOS system.

If You’re Seeing This Error in BluOS:

"Remote service error authorization not valid"

This means BluOS can't validate your login for Custom Channels. It typically happens if your session has expired or was disconnected. Fortunately, it’s easy to fix.

How to Fix It

  1. Open the BluOS App on your device.

  2. Tap the Music tab (center of the screen).

  3. Select Custom Channels from your list of services.

  4. Log in again using your Custom Channels username and password.

Still Not Working?

Try this:

  • Remove Custom Channels from the list of music services.

  • Re-add Custom Channels.

  • Log in again with your valid Custom Channels credentials.
