All Access, ReMix and Ethos Are Now Core, Control and Customize
Custom Channels has renamed its music plans. All Access is now Core, ReMix is now Control, and Ethos is now Customize. Existing customers may continue to see the previous plan names while accounts are migrated.
Custom Channels plan names have changed
Custom Channels has updated the names of its music plans. The plan features have not changed as part of this name update.

Some existing customers may still see All Access, ReMix or Ethos in their Custom Channels account, billing information or support materials while accounts are migrated to the new plan names.
If your account still displays one of the previous names, your service has not changed.
Is All Access the same as Core?
Yes. All Access is now called Core.
If your account still displays All Access, support instructions for Core that relate to plan features also apply to your All Access service.
Is ReMix the same as Control?
Yes. ReMix is now called Control.
If your account still displays ReMix, your plan features remain the same. You may continue to see the ReMix name in your account while the migration is completed.
Is Ethos the same as Customize?
Yes. Ethos is now called Customize.
Existing Ethos customers may continue to see the Ethos name during the transition.
Why do I still see All Access, ReMix or Ethos in my account?
Custom Channels is transitioning existing customers to the new plan names. During this process, some customers will continue to see the previous names in their account and billing information.
The name shown in your account does not change the service or features included with your plan.
