How to cancel your service and what to expect in your final billing

Need to Cancel Your Service?

Custom Channels is a month-to-month service, so you can cancel anytime — no long-term contract required.

To cancel, please email customerservice@customchannels.net with:

  • The location name

  • A brief note about why you're canceling (e.g., business is closing, location sold, switching services, etc.)

We'll process the cancellation right away and confirm via email.


Important Notes About Billing

  • We can’t issue retroactive refunds for previous months of service

  • Depending on when you cancel, you may still be billed for the current month if the request comes after billing has already been processed

If you cancel early in the billing cycle, we’ll make every effort to apply the cancellation before the next charge.
